Since the inception of Harbour Concepts, Kyla has been a cornerstone of our team and now serves as the Director of Operations. In this role, she provides direct oversight of all day-to-day activities, where her unwavering dedication and commitment to client satisfaction are evident in every aspect of her work. Kyla’s proactive approach and motivation ensure that our clients, vendors, and staff experience smooth and positive interactions.

Kyla holds an OLCM-L designation and brings a wealth of experience in the condominium industry, having successfully managed both residential and commercial properties. Her extensive expertise is vital to the seamless operation and continued success of our property management services.

Although Kyla works remotely from Nova Scotia, she has shown how technology can effectively bridge distances and enhance connectivity. Her adaptability and problem-solving skills enable her to overcome challenges with resilience and creativity.

Safety and security are core to Kyla’s values, demonstrated by her active role in the community as a Volunteer Firefighter and Medical First Responder. Her dedication to these roles highlights her commitment to upholding high standards of safety and emergency preparedness.
