Jeff Ireland, CEO
J eff has his CMRAO License and brings over 30 years in Property and Building Management to the Harbour Team. His focus is on-the-ground assistance and providing secure and stable management to all unit owners. Over the years Jeff has developed strong relationships in the community and prides himself on the quality and efficiency of maintaining a property well.
Cassandra Eagles CPA, CFO
Cassandra is a founding partner. Possessing a strong attention to detail gained from over 20 years of financial experience, Cassandra leads the accounting department with a keen eye. She ensures that Harbour delivers clear and concise monthly financial statements in a timely manner.
Kyla is our front-line leader. She is motivated by contributing to a positive, seamless experience for our clients and vendors alike. Kyla is one of the steadying hands that creates the quality experience for our owners.
As a lifelong resident of Waterloo, she has deep connections in the community. She has strong relationships with the preferred trades and professionals in the Condominium field.
Jennifer is known for her boutique style of property management services to meet the unique needs of each high-rise she manages.
Crystal Cormier, Property Manager
Crystal is a dynamic property manager with experience in managing varying condominium styles: town home, high-rise, and walkups. Using her advanced understanding of the Condominium Act of Ontario and passion for staying updated on new policies Crystal ensures that corporations are meeting compliance. Boards and owners alike can rest assured that Crystal's strict attention to detail will be used to address all needs of the corporation .
Sarah Wilford RCM, Property Manager
Sarah has more than 20 years of experience in the condominium industry. Well-regarded for her residential and commercial development expertise with a passion for new construction, Sarah brings a steadying hand to all. With her extensive knowledge base Sarah provides guidance and assurance with new boards, owners, developers, and builders to ensure successful management in the first years and beyond. Collaborating with numerous local developers from site concept to management Sarah has a proven track record of building and maintaining professional relationships.
Quentin Magoon, Property Manager
Quentin has been with us for over a year and is currently completing his degree in Economics from Wilfrid Laurier University. During his time at Harbour Concepts, he has successfully worked his way from Accounting & Admin Assistant to Junior Property Manager. Unit owners can rely on his calm demeanor and friendly personality to have their needs taken care of.

Mariah Guta, Accounting & Office Assistant
Mariah has her MA from Wilfrid Laurier University and brings several years of experience in Administration, Accounting Support and customer-facing roles to the Harbour team. Having lived abroad in several countries, she enjoys serving in the community she grew up in. Her focus is on ensuring that unit owners are heard and looked after in a timely and welcoming manner.
