Q: How do I request a Status Certificate?

A: Please email info@harbourconcepts.com indicating the property, unit and Status Certificate option.
Status Certificate Options:
Standard - $100 – Available for pickup in 8-10 days
Expedited - $150 – Available for pickup in 2-5 days

Payment due upon pickup – cash or cheque made payable to Harbour Concepts Inc.  Hard-copy documents as well as USB provided.
In order to accommodate contact-less transactions we are also accepting e-transfers and providing remote access. Details for the transaction will be confirmed and we will upload the documents onto a secure Cloud Drive that will be accessible remotely for 30 days.
